Will you arrange the blood collection service?
After you sign the documents sent to you by email and complete the payment, you will receive further instructions by email regarding the sample collection service. The blood collection service is performed by the Intelligent OncoDiagnostics partner Medicina Practica.
Can I order the test directly?
The test can only be ordered by your physician.
How do I order a test?
- Your treating physician will complete and sign the Order Form, which you should send to info@oncodgn.com.
- Within 3 business days, you will receive an invoice and other required documents by email, as indicated in the Order Form, necessary for smooth service execution.
- After signing all documents and paying the invoice, you will receive an order confirmation and further instructions for sample collection by email.
- Intelligent OncoDiagnostics will arrange complimentary shipment of the properly prepared and packaged sample to the TEMPUS laboratory (USA).
- Once the test report is received, your physician will contact you to discuss the results.
How long does it take to receive test results?
From the time the TEMPUS laboratory in the USA receives the required samples, the testing and report preparation usually take approximately 10–14 days. Your genomic test results will be sent to your physician by email.
How can I obtain my tumor sample for testing?
You should ask your treating oncologist or the hospital where the surgery was performed about the exact location where your tumor sample is stored. Then you should contact the registry of the institution storing the sample and submit a request for sample release.
What is included in the final TEMPUS test report?
The final report is prepared in English and will be sent to your treating physician by email. A comprehensive report will be provided, presenting the biology of your tumor, potential targeted therapies, and, if available, clinical trials matching your profile.
How can I get a copy of my test results?
The report will be sent directly to your physician, who can share it with you. You may also request a copy of your report by emailing info@oncodgn.com.
